A “techie” post mostly about webcast Internet radio
Happy Saturday everyone! *
We will all have a new playlist system to look forward to – it will auto-change on the track listing, and prevent that annoying “pause” or break in the audio that currently exists. (yippee!).
Adding new music is chugging along – about 40 new albums were added between yesterday and today (does anyone even call them albums anymore?) the plan is to continue at that rate, until all the music we have is loaded into the system. Then we get to go through each individual track and manually tweak it for proper tagging. That means checking it for composer, title, artist, etc. That is a constant on-going process.
If you would like to donate music, we can accept your old CDs here:

We would also like to convert a lot of vinyl to digital and load it into the station. If anyone would like to buy us this turntable, it does a superior job of converting to digital format.
For those of you new to the station – it will remain free to listen to for 30 days, and after that we go to a subscription-based model. At $24.00/year, you can’t beat it for 24 hours/day of all-vocal music.
Since I am in “support” mode in this last paragraph, you can also support us by visiting the advertisers on the site, or by making an Amazon purchase using any of the Amazon links on the site. Thanks for the continued support from everyone, and most all, thanks for listening.
